Stylish, yet casual By Regan M
The beige face and the brown strap was the main reason I was attracted to this watch. The texture of the leather strap looks even nicer in person and is soft yet sturdy. The brushed stainless steel around the sides of the frame is a subtle yet nice change from the steel that wraps the face.
The time is very easy to read and the Chronograph is nice. The watch seems solid yet light. I've only worn it for one day but it looks like it might hold up.Date and Small Dial Functions Didn't Work By Jeffrey A Hudgens
Good looking watch, thought the band seemed a bit cheap (not much, but a bit). I'm replacing my 6 year old Fossil with this one and it looked good. The problem is the date and other small dial functions didn't work so I had to return it. I'd use the date but not the other smaller dials (stop watch?) but still, I'd like them to work since that's what I paid for.
Just to make sure I was using the watch correctly, I had to go to the Fossil website and find the manual which was no real help. I had to determine what type of watch I had and match it to the instructions (The FS in the FS4735 Model Number), however, the instructions, didn't match with the watch. However, I knew that to set the date, you pull the time set knob out half-way to set the date and nothing happened. I also clicked on the two smaller buttons on either side and nothing happened (should have made the small dials move). I also just tried advancing the time 12 hours to see if that would change the date, but nope.
Another issue is that the watch comes in an aluminum can with a lid that just pops on. When the watch came in the oversized Amazon box, the lid had popped off and the watch was flopping around inside the box - that may be why it didn't work. I left feedback on this to Amazon.Great watch By Brennen
This is a really great looking watch. I really like the white face color with the Roman numerals. If you are looking for a great dress watch, this is it.
