PLEASE NOTE, AMAZON IS "NOT" TO BLAME HERE! AMAZON WAS GREAT!!! IT IS "WATCH GRABBERS". THEY ADVERTISE AND SUPPLY AMAZON AND AMAZON JUST SHIPS FOR THEM. This watch was advertised as new w tags. Clearly was not. Watch floating in Fossil tin.Fossil tin scotch taped shut for sometime because I could not get the tape off. No plastic protectors on face or back or clasp. tags ripped off, just an obviously re-returned mess. I called "Watch Grabbers" because it said on the site that is where it came from but they said it shipped directly from Amazon & I would have to deal with them directly even through THEY did supply Amazon with the watches. So I called Amazon, they were great! They gave me a partial refund for my trouble. So just watch who you are dealing with and stay away from Watch Grabbers. It may have been just a fluke, but she did admit there that items DO come back and they sell them as NEW again and sometimes they don't get checked over well enough. I just received my Fossil Women's Watch today and am VERY pleased with it. I already got a compliment on it. it's very classy looking. I personally don't mind watches that are a little heavier and this one is. The face of the watch is bigger than a normal women's watch, but than again I don't mind that either. So overall I am glad I purchased it, and will be telling others to do the same.
