I had a watch that was very similar to this years ago and it broke. I'd been looking for one like it for a long time and finally found this one. It is beautiful and I love it! However, the watch was sent to me with the pin connecting one of the bracelet ends to the face of the watch-leaving the watch broken and unwearable! I contacted the seller, Mr. Watch via e-mail within minutes of opening the package and requested instructions on returns and stated that I felt I should not have to pay return shipping. The seller simply sent back an e-mail stating their return policy and that I would need to get an RMA. Returns are accepted, ...... Nothing about my request for shipping. I even stated that I really liked the watch and just wanted another or for them to fix it.
Instead of paying return shipping, I took the watch to my local jeweler who fixed it for around $8. Still, one would think that when you order a brand new watch that it should be wearable and work from the get go!Awesome watch for my girlfriend By T
