I have to say this was a great transaction. I saw the watch, needed it for an event, and this company came thru for me Great product, shipping was on point, and did I mention I needed them to set the dial for me and when I got the shipment the watch was set? I received a watch where the hour hand did not line up to the hour. The only option was to return the watch. I could not get a replacement. I had to send watch back and pay for the shipping as well. I sent the watch back using USPS. This situation bothered me so I contacted Amazon Customer Center and explained the situation. They responded by saying that they would pay for the shipping cost back to Watch Colony. The watch was credited to my account.
I am grateful to Amazon for the service. I gave this situation two stars. The watch was a gift to my nephew who at the end did not get a watch.nice By LOLA
