I have had my first fossil watch for over 12 years, I'm a big fan of fossil products. My original watch has a scratched crystal so I decided to buy a new watch. Wish I had not. I was very disappointed with this particular model, Sylvia stainless steel. The band is too large for my wrist and the dial/face of the watch is all monochromatic (silver on white face) so I can't read it without bringing my wrist very close to my eyes. For a practical watch, which I was hoping this would be, it is very impractical. I can't readily see the dial and the band is constantly sliding on my arm. I would not buy this watch again, nor would I recommend it for anyone over 40 because it is just too hard to read. I'm shopping for a new watch now and am sending my original watch back to the factory to see if they can replace the crystal. This is the second Fossil I have bought. The first lasted 13 years through high school, college, first kid and all my 20's! I will never buy anything but Fossil for the rest of my life.
